The services I receive from the bank is very poor .I have been sending the same email over and over and the only thing that I received is to tell me that they are still waiting for me to select how many years while they did sent me the email and I have responded with what I wanted .It is so very irritating when one query can be dealt with lots of consultant because every time when you received and email is not responding to you previous emails request .It request new things. It so annoying .Please assist with my request and stop sending me mails that doesn't make sense to me .We are talking about my money here please .You gave me percentage and the amount to pay now you are telling me you are waiting for me please refer to the thousands email i already sent .
