C-***0 Absa case not resolved

On the 26th February I received an email from the consultant handeling my query C***0. Promising to resolve the query. She has sent me an email to say she will give feedback by the 12th March. My whole complaint was that my daughter made request to withdraw the trust on the 10th February and I wanted the process to completed. 12 th March is more than a month to attend to a withdrawal from a trust. Dear Basani you have not helped me in any way. Your phone num at the end of the email just goes number not available. 12th March is more than a month and absa officials are holding this child's trust fund.
