On the 8th absa contacted me , a guy by the name of Godfrey he sent me an email stating that they will refund me and I signed a confirmation of settlement between the bank and myself , absa saying that they will refund me the amount of R4537.74 that will be paid into my account , I sign we that and returned to them .The guy I spoke to said I will get the refund before the 13th and today is the 13th I still have not received it , I then sent an email and now he is saying they are waiting for feedback from bayport financial services of which that was not the agreement I had with them on Friday they said the bank will refund me since they allowed a third party to deduct without my consent , I have been fighting this for 3weeks now I’m still not getting assistance reference number c-***0
