Good day I went to Dobsonville mall today to your ABSA ATM and attempted a withdrawal of a money I received from SASSA however the withdrawal wasn't successful in a way because as the money came out I only managed to pull ouy R50 from the R1050 I withdrawn and R1000 quickly returned and the ATM went off, I stood by hoping that my money will come back but as the ATM turned back on it never came back, people came by and withdrew and nothing extra from what they withdrew and it seemed normal to them but for me I left there helpless and dissapointed, I am using an EasyPay card and I have a receipt here saying I withdrew but however I never got my R1000 back, I only got R50. Please help me out here because now my kids are suffering from this situation caused by your ATM's.
