Business Support and Empowering

I asked ABSA to help me with some money to deliver the project as I am banking with them. Everytime their response is negative even if everything is in order. I think ABSA do not want to empower small businesses, they do not want to see us prospering. Bear this in mind Mr ABSA, when small business succeed you gain alot, so why do we always receive negative feedback from you. I am disappointed in you ABSA. We chose to support you but we don't get the support back from you.
