Business Credit Card application

I'm an ABSA business client and i since app**** for my company business credit card from ABSA, its now being 3 months. I always get stories when i check with my banker.

What i dont understand is that i have been banking with ABSA since 2010 and my account has been on good standing . How lond does it take for a business to get a credit card from ABSA because its not unacceptable, i have been understanding but now it got out of hand or maybe i should go to another bank where i will be serviced and treated better than this?

I'm very disappointed, frustrated and angry for the NON SERVICE i have been receIving regarding this matter
