Business Consultants waiting for my bank documentation

Business Banking with ABSA Online. Despite ABSA's approval of my company's property bond, they required that I open a business account with ABSA in order to obtain the bond. In response to that request, I have taken action through an online service. Since this action was taken on the web 2 weeks ago, I have been watching for the bank to issue me the starter pack, the banker, and the bank account. They require business when granting bonds, but cannot provide their customers with basic necessities, such as opening a bank account within three days, instead you have to wait for a week and follow-up. After that, they inform you that the document has been sent to you. I do not know to what email account they sent this, but it is certainly not my email account. Could we fire these useless consultants since it appears we have absorbed government officials into the bank
