Business Banking - PATHETIC SERVICE

I ya e been trying to open a business bank account for a month. I go to the Rosebank Branch - their staff aren’t there and nobody can help me. The one lady that was there was finishing a very important game of Solitaire wasn’t nterestrd in helping. I come to the Clearwater branch they only have one person and I am told to expect to wait for TWO HOURS to see somebody. Absolutely pathetic customer service. You would think that they want new business? Why do I still need to come into a branch to open a new account?!
