Business Banker Ignoring Access Requests

I've recently been appointed sole director and shareholder of 3 businesses each of which has banking accounts with ABSA. Since the 6th of August 2024 we've attempted to get the access details transfered from the previous shareholder and director to myself having requested this from the the existing relationship manager on these accounts namely Asmarelda Christoffel requesting assistance telephonically and via e-mail - to date 30 September 2024 almost 2 months since requested we have been completely ignored.
