BUSINESS ACCOUNT - MOST USELESS BANK

I really can't deal with ABSA anymore. Everytime phone your custormer service for buissness accounts I spend about R200 on airtime getting put through how many times to different people. I've logged a complaint on the 18th of April on my business account debit card. I bought 275 airtime that never got loaded on my phone. A week later still not one call from ABSA. Tried my best today to get help via telephone absolutely useless can't even speak properly consultants that can't help me. I want someone to phone me TODAY. I will move my business and credit card to another bank. I AM FEDUP
