Business Account frozen without any notice.

I just want to know how can ABSA just froze a business account without any warning on month end were you have to pay salaries? No email was sent nor a sms. The excuse is due to FICA. We have sent all the documents now they have a back log to send us the FICA docs to be signed to open the account for us. How will the employees of ABSA feel if they don't receive their salaries on time? This is unacceptable.
