Business Account

I have encountered difficulties in opening a business account at the Kwagga Mall Absa branch. Despite making several visits, I have been unable to secure an appointment with the business consultant, Mr. Joseph Nkambule. His unavailability from the office has caused significant delays in the process. Notwithstanding scheduling an appointment, Mr. Nkambule was not available upon my arrival. When I reached out to him, he requested that I return on Tuesday. However, upon my arrival on Tuesday, I was informed that he remained unavailable. My attempts to reach out to him today have been fruitless, as he has not been responsive to my communication efforts.
