Burst geyser

I am currently sitting with a burst geyser and Absa expects me to pay 2 accesses, 1 for the geyser and 1 for the ceiling which was damaged by the geyser… I reported this on Monday the 11/12 and was told a manager would call me back to explain It’s safe to say that I am still waiting
