Bullying of Black Community/ **************

Yesterday the 8 of may 2025 I went to Absa collonade in Pretoria to do bulk withdrawal. Because I am a black person I was told lies of which I believed when requested my hard worked money. Gavin an Caroline told me Reserve bank will call and request a proof of source of my funds, Caroline even anticipated to make a copy of my ID of which made me to feel investigated or involved in money laundering. Today when I called I am just informed by Gavin they them Absa only required a proof of source of my funds yet they don't call me to inform me as I am waiting for Reserve bank. See the email sent today the 9 may 2025 below: Dear Caroline

I'm very disappointed by the way you and Gavin handled my request to withdraw my money I worked for. Instead you made me to feel Iam investigated or some sort of money laundering I am involved in. You **** and talked about Reserve bank they might call me hence nothing like that I am still waiting for the call. Now Gavin tells me you only required the proof of source of funds in my account.

I think as a representative of Absa you allowed ************** by race, if it was a White person requesting such funds no question would be required. Always a black man is a suspect. I am going to take this matter further for your **************.

Find the attached proof and release my funds, Absa cannot be a trusted bank.
