Bull**** of a bank

This is by far the worst bank ever. This people blocked my account without my knowledge I can't excess my hard earned money , I have sent them all the required documents and still now nothing. They promise to call back but still nothing, they didn't even send me a message to warn me this is total bull****. I have been with them for more than 15years and this is the treatment I get
