Bulk teller service

Arrived at bulk teller counter at ABSA Bank, Frere, Square, East London at +/- 12h55. The bulk teller, Sisa, exited the back of the teller booth without checking that I had entered the bulk teller booth despite one of the previous clients telling him another client is about to enter. Sisa assisted other clients at general public counter whilst I waited +/- 30 - 40 minutes for him to return (observed him on security screen while waiting in bulk teller booth). He claimed on return to the bulk teller booth, that he did not see me enter or hear the previous client telling him that I was entering the booth. Furthermore, I fail to understand how he did not see me on the security camera screen whilst he was helping the previous client. Apart from this incident, the bulk teller service at this ABSA branch has been dismall at best in the past.
