Absa east rand mall.
Absolutely unacceptable. Covid 19 has disturbed so many ways of how we live even banking.
But this... I bank 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This Absa is in a very busy mall known well for ******ies. I deposit somewhere from 25K to 35K every second day and get change. There is absolutely no bulk teller available due to short staff and other branches that are closed has now increased the waiting period at this branch. I now have to wait 3 and a half hours every time with all this money in my bag and just pray that there are no ******ies while waiting outside the bank? How is this safe banking? Absolutely ridiculous. You need to have safety measures in place for large amounts of money regardless of covid
