building loan gone wrong

d\dealing with Absa is a total nightmare. took out a building loan with Absa and the process was so terribly that I wanted to sell the land I purchased as I was just not getting anywhere. the months later all sorted with I emailed their customer care department. wasn't satisfied with their response, but never the less it was sorted. months later I get money deducted off my account and was quiet confused as I am still building. Went into a branch ( Tokai) to query, but could not be assisted as I needed to speak to the home loans department. Any way I called them and was on hold for more than 15min. then went into another branch ( blue route) where they contacted from that branch . I got to speak to a consultant, but she could not assist me. I then asked her to get someone to call me as this is urgent. Well that was 10 days ago with no call. I called again this morning and waited more than 10 min.

I will be contacting other banks to assist me with change over as I am not getting what I pay for from Absa.
