Building insurance worst insurance ever

<p>We bought our home 27 years ago and have always had it insured by absa.We lodged a claim late last year regarding a leaking tub and water seeping through the wall.They sent a company which replaced the tub.The new tub began to sink and the company came back and added sand under.Now it's even worse with water leaking out of the front of the building and into 2 rooms.Our home is practically flooded and we have complained for so many weeks now with no help.The carpets are rotting and so are the cupboard s.Everytime we phone no one can help us.Dusgust service.Poor workmanship and horrible waiting period.</p>
