Building Damage Claim

Terrible service from Nonkululeko Mtimkulu a Claims Consultant. I tried to reach her for more than 2 weeks on her work telephone and email. She only returned my call today after sending her an email coping her senior manager (Puvishka Naidoo). She did not have answers to all my questions. While i was on the line with her, Nonkululeko told me that she needs to go because her lift club is leaving. She then transferred me to her colleague without informing me that she will do that.
