Broken promises of relief leaving a client penniless!

Where to begin. Due to the lockdown, our tourism business has not had any income thus resulting in zero income for our entire household since the end of March. We were grateful that ABSA app**** the 3 month relief plan on my vehicle finance, but that was only until the end of June 2020. I did some research and found that ABSA had another relief plan in place to extend current relief and that one had to contact the call centre before the 15th of July - which I did. I spoke to a call centre agent on Tuesday 14 July and the option I selected was 50% of the installment at the end of July, 65% at the end of August and 75% at the end of September. Despite not knowing where I was going to find the money, being the responsible person I am, I made a plan and made sure that there was at least 50% of the installment in my account for the end of July along with the insurance debit order. Now I receive notification from my bank that ABSA took the WHOLE 100% amount of the installment thus resulting in my other debit orders being rejected (at R110 fee per failed transaction). I had budgeted to what the arrangement was so this has left our household with R34 for the month and now owing in additional fees, etc. How can you do this to a client, and especially during this time? I phoned your call centre again this morning to find out what is going on, and I get told "oh, we haven't gotten to you yet so there is no arrangement in place but you might get a response before the end of August"! What the heck? Then what was my phonecall to you on 14 July??? If tourism is still blocked and we have not had an income from the end of March, what makes you think that we suddenly have the full amount freely flowing into our account by the end of July? Why did I then bother asking for an extension on the relief? And here I thought that ABSA was one of the better banks!
