Broken Promises and Poor Service

Broken promises is all we get from our Private Banker. 3weeks today and we still no closer to having a working account. Friday i asked for a new Private Banker, got a call promising to call me back as soon as he gets home. Will take him 10min to open the docs to explain. Its Monday and we still waiting. Not Happy
