Broken ATM

So I went to draw R250 from the ATM at Woodstock on 2016/03/09 17:35:04. Everything went fine and the machine gave my card but when the money was supposed to come out the machine made this weird noise and no money came out. It gave an error message but no error slip came out, just the normal bank slip. The money was deducted from my account. I emailed about 10 people at ABSA with no reply. I phoned my bank Capitec and they said they will open an inquiry. It was declined by ABSA, because the money was \withdrawn\"... but I am R250 short!!!! How ridiculous is this."
