Brits Mall terrible service
Horrible service in Brits Mall. Been waiting for a consultant for more than 30 minutes, not 1 customer taken from the waitibg area. 1 would think that coming early to a bank, I would be assisted quick... But noooo. I believe we all have plans hence we arrived here early. Improve your service, for the amount of rates you are charging customers... Service is disgusting!!!
