British Airways Internet banking Issue

Hi,

This is the 5th time I contact your team to fix the issue of internet banking. I’ve been to two different branches now and none of the staff was able to help. Your call centre is useless and I’m being inconvenienced every day.

Cases are just closed and not resolved. Below are my previous case numbers. C-***7 C-***3

Now every time I try to log in a get a “System Unavailable” error.
