British Airways Credit Card *****s

<p>So I receive my statement - I pay the full amount outstanding and a few days later I call to close the credit card. THe lady then informs me I must pay a settlement fee before they close the credit card- this is a credit card not a Vodacom or Cellc phone contract, why do I have to pay a settlement fee if I am owing nothing on the card. Just another way they make money off you. as it is the fees and interest is so exorbitant the benefits are non existant. worst bank and worst card ever. the biggest mistake I ever made in my entire life was getting a card from you people</p>
