British Airways Credit Card Division - No

I App**** for a British Airways Credit card on 24/01/16. It was approved and was required to sign an acknowledgement letter and submit relevant information. This was done on 25/01/16.
On 03/02/16 I received an email requiring more supporting document. This was provided the same day.
On 04/02/16 I received the same email and I resubmitted the info.
On 12/02/16 I had not heard anything. I called the call center and spoke to Jane. She told me to email the documents to her and they will be escalated to 'the back office'
On 13/02/16 I called her, she stated everything was in order and I must await a call from UTI to deliver my card.
On 22/02/16 I called the call center to follow up, as I had not heard anything. I was told the card has been sent for a number to be generated and that all is in order. I must call back in 24 hours.
On 23/02/16 I called the call center and was told there was an issue with printing. They will call me in 24 hours. I spoke to Elizabeth.
on 24/02/16 (today)I called the call center and again got Elizabeth. She told me the application had expired as the back office took too long.
The above is unacceptable service from a bank that I have used for 10 years!
