British Airways credit card: being billed on an inactive card

Hi. It's been a month since I ordered the card. The card arrived 2 weeks ago and I still can't use it. I have received my first credit card bill even though it's still inactive. The problem is with proof of residence. The copy the courier picked up was apparently not good enough. I have since emailed a digital, crystal clear copy through 3 times but I am not receiving a response from ABSA. I also have not been able to open my statement (what is the password?) and I don't know the account details so I cannot log into online banking or make a payment. Email support has thusfar been unhelpful. Please assist with finalising this application and remove the card charge for July. Kind regards,

Hi Claudette
I assume you're having internet access problems with the reply being posted multiple times. I did respond yesterday via private message as requested. I have also resubmitted the proof of res to the specified email address, as requested via an sms, but again, that's where everything seems to come grinding to a halt.
What's the progress?
Kind regards,
Duncan
