British Airways card left me grounded ABSA shame!!

I put through a complaint ticket number [#ID: 2850bde7-SiOo-6Twd-t9y9-praIxKjSajte#] for trying to access my internet banking. I get an sms to call British Airways ***. The lady phones and tells me I owe them money. I say thank you and ask her how I get onto my internet banking. She tells me I must phone ABSA. I tell her that the whole of yesterday ABSA told me to phone British Airways. I then ask to speak to a supervisor. Roslyn comes on the phone ready for a rumble. I ask her how I get onto internet banking she says I can't because I owe the Credit card money. I tell her that is not a problem I will pay it back ASAP I just need to get onto my internet banking she tells me she can't help. I asked her to please cancel my credit card and to tell British Airways that I don't want their card and I will take my airline travel away from them too. She says she wont, I must do it. I ask her what is she? She says no she knows I have an attitude because the other lady told her and I better not go there and starts threatening me????? I ask to speak to a manager after a childish and threatening unprofessional conversation I finally got through to Dijon that at least understood. Shame!!
