Brilliant

Today I went to ABSA in waterfall mall, Rustenburg and was helped by a wonderful lady Emily S. (not putting her full name for privacy reasons) She greeted us so nicely, was so efficient and polite the whole time!!! Every second week we have been going to this branch and have had nothing but problems from staff that don't know how to do their job or even be polite, dealing with this lady today was like a breath or fresh air, She should definitely train the other tellers on how to deal with clients.
