Breach of POPI ACT

ABSA breach of POPI ACT ABSA contacted my supervisor on her private cell phone NUMBER numerous occasions ( I don't know where they got her number from) and sending her messages of my status of accounts. Which has nothing to do with her and the fact that how they know her or even link her to me. Previously they used to call my husband countless times, knowing very well my contact number. Is that not a breach of the POPI ACT?

I have been wanting to close this account they siad I was owing R84. 00 know it's 155 rand and they contacted my colleague send her sms on her private phone. Where do they get her number from. What annoys me is that they are contacting my superior on her private number how so, where did they get her private number from as I did not use any of her credentials.
