Breach of popi

I am married ANC and my financial affairs are kept separate from my husband today absa contacted my husband disclosuring my financial information regarding my credcards etc. breaching the popi act. I am utterly disgusted by this. I plan to file a law suit against absa for this . They had no right to do this in addition I received a message saying my cellphone was updated which I never authorised
