Breach of policy

I would like to express deep frustrations and disgust from the services and policy breach agreement from the absa national back, in that I have received made a transfer into my savings account of around R500 and later saw my available funds being R55. I don't remember anywhere in the agreement where I signed up for bank charges acceding R65 and yet a simple deposit of R500 leaves me with R55. This isn't the first time it is happening I have sent through dozes of emails and calls and no one is providing any feedback about the situation only and email of the matter being resolved within two days which already the two days has passed . I find this to be very unfair and and to be a **** due to now I am afraid to use this bank for savings cause everytime I make a deposit almost the 90% of my money is deducted yet I have no debit order or transaction on the card just savings. I would like urgent assistance with the matter
