Breach of Contract

I have requested documents from Faeez Davids, where I apparently signed away my rights on a jointly held one account. To this day I have not had a response to a letter dated 6th of November. Faeez refused to send me my own statements (that were addressed incorrectly) for months, until lawyers finally told him that it was ********. I request that someone please contact me regarding this situation as I need the documents to send to the banking ombudsman.
