Breach of Contract
I have ABSA personal loan which I've been paying promptly for a year. On July, 31, 2015 my monthly instalment was higher than usual. On August 17, 2015 (almost 3 weeks later) I received email with \Details of Agreement". I noticed that interest rate on the agreement varies from the rate on my contract. I found out that as of July 24"
