BREACH OF CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY OATH

WARNING: to all ABSA clients.<br> <br> ABSA in paarl breached their oath of client confidentiality.<br> An unauthorised person went to ABSA in Paarl and approached his connection in the bank and requested our company bank statements which was then printed and handed to him which had far reaching consequences. We lodged an official complaint and requested a spin report / audit report to see who accessed our account we were requested to complete forms for their forensic department, then every thing just died down after plenty calls and moans and emails we received a letter from ABSA saying yes our statements were printed and given to a certain person ( who distributed our financial details via an internet cafe in franschhoek and even quoting individuals salaries) and that they would deal with it internally we were not happy and requested more detailed info we were told that will not happen the bank will protect their employee at all costs.<br> But they dont that protect their clients at all costs.<br> Businesses beware your opposition might be in possesion of your most confidential information.<br>
