Breach Of Client Confidentiality and Unprofessional Behaviour

A few days ago i learned that i owe ABSA VAF through a Facebook post. Umvelo collections had contacted a man that i share the same surname with and he was told i had disappeared with the vehicle. I mean its only one month installment that was paid late and it was paid before the 5th of November 2018 and this person was contacted by a lady called Tumi on the 8th of November and Tumi denied contacting this guy. I then requested to speak to someone senior and i has referred to Nonhlanhla who said she doesn't see anything wrong in her email. Yes, i am obligated to pay the bank but not with such treatement that you now become a laughing matter. The man contacted by Tumi had posted same on my facebook as we are not friends or related. Yes, I agree my account will be behind sometimes but i have done my level best to stabilize and i have never let my account with the bank in the ICU. I have always paid and committed to pay. i am self employed and i do my best to pay and the car is left with 5 months to be finished.
