Breach of agreement

When the policy was taken out for Life Cover it was assured to us that the admin charges will NOT be charged. First debit went off successfully and guess what this admin charges whom the representative assured us will NOT be debit have been debited along with 1st payment.

Now this to us is breach of agreement as there is a recorded call as proof of this. We have yet since this happened called in and spoke to two Teamleaders who assured monies will be paid back to the bank account, we are due for second debit and this have STILL not been paid back to us!

Not a pleasure doing business with you and no references will be sent your way.. this was a simple request you couldn't even do for us ..
