Branch Manager on Leave - Business Stops/ Service

My mother went to the Atteridgeville Branch for an emergency transection, they referred her to the branch where she initially made the deposit. Which is totally unacceptable, I mean if she would have made the initial deposit in Cape Town, and she was now in Gauteng, were they going to ask her to travel back to Cape Town to make the emergency transection????? Really now??? This is ****. It get better, when she gets to the Silverton Branch, they tell her that, they can't assist her because the branch manager is on leave, she must come back to the branch when he is back at work. What **** is that???? Just because she is black, they think she is stupid??? They are ****** lucky I wasn't there with her. This is totally unacceptable, they were going to ****** get from me. I am sooo ****ed off, they really upset my mother, treating her like she is not a client. You must ****** sort her out now. And don't even think of charging her that ****** R4000 for making that URGENT transection. It's her money, you didn't even give her a copy of the contract, and nothing was explained to her about this ****** penalty fee of R4000, you ****** ******. It's her money, you better give all back to her.
