Branch hosts poor people skills...

This morning at (about) 08:30AM I was threatened to be thrown out of the branch in front of a dozen ABSA Clients when queuing to do some banking, money transfer at the tellers. Need mentioning, I am a loyal ABSA client since 1998. Most of my transactions are done at this branch. She approached me while I was in the line attempting to retrieve accounts from my fablet in order to do transfers any moment onwards. In front of everyone I was humiliated to that extent that was to embarrassing to mention. She exercised poor level of people skills and total lack of common sense. From the beginning she spoke to me disrespectfully, aggressively, on top of her voice, demanding that I put my notepad in the pocket: \right away"she said. When asked for the reason of her act I was bluntly accused that I could be a king pin"
