BOUNCE DEBIT ORDERS
On the 30th April. Cell C tried to debit R125,99 from my account. The debit order bounced. The reason is unclear as there were sufficient funds in my account because of it Cell C charged me R70 for penalties. This is the bank's fault and I feel that the bank should be responsible for the R70 penalty fee. I have my bank statement with me here and the figures clearly indicate that there were funds in the account
