Botched bathroom
My parents have insurance and a home loan for the past 15 years for their house. However ABSA has deemed it unnecessary to complete a claim that my parents have been asking them to sort out since JANUARY! Currently their guest bathroom has a huge hole underneath the bathtub which means there is currently a communication between the outside of the house and the inside. Just this morning there was a frog croaking underneath the bathtub! Frogs could even invite snakes!! What’s even more reckless is that my parents have stated that there are toddlers (their grandchildren) in the house who could seriously hurt themselves if they stick their hands in that hole!! Many emails have been sent to absa but they are being met with a dead end!!! DO NOT GET YOUR INSURANCE WITH ABSA
