Borrowers' certificate training
I am utterly disappointed in the service I've been getting from ABSA. I've recently app**** for a home loan and it was granted. The attorneys are now calling me about my borrowers certificate, saying the house cannot be registered in my name until I have that. The consultant, Marlene De Klerk, has been giving me around for weeks. It's almost a month since I gave the instruction but nothing has been communicated ever since then
