borrow 3000 pay back 21000

Hi , I have an existing loan with absa, I app**** for an additional R3000 , now my repayment changes from 1580 pm to 2123 pm x 36 months so it means if I borrow R3000 I pay back R19548 at a interest rate of 34.85% <br> OH MY WORD !!!!!!<br> <br> I called the branch and they say call call centre<br> I call the call centre they say call branch , <br> I call *** and hold for 45 minutes <br> <br> I don't know what to do anymore
