BookABook online ****mers bring them to book

I called Absa ***** on 15 February 2023, reporting online *****, one of their agents mentioned that I will be refunded my money, all I had to do is to forward all the communication between myself and BookABook and open a case with SAPS, the refund never happened. Thought the least they will do is to stop future payments paid into BookABook banking accounts. All I got were several case numbers without a way forward or preventative measures that will be taken. There are over 100 complaints about BookABook on HelloPeter these ****mers are still continuing ****ming people of their hard earned money on a daily basis and nothing is done about it.
