Bond statement

I spoke to Mavis in January regarding my bond statement. She emailed me a copy and assured me I would receive a quarterly statement. I have received nothing since then, and when requesting one (which ABSA should send automatically) I received an email from Jackie saying she could not fulfil my request because they had to identify and verify me. I went through all this hassle with Mavis in January and she sent me my statement immediately. Case ***.<br> 1) Why must I do this again? You already have my info! <br> 2) Why am I not getting my quarterly statement as promised?<br> <br> Very bad service.
