bond queries

I have visited Absa mimosa mall Bloemfontein during February and requested a full and final settlement letter.<br> After thst I visited Fnb Brandwsg to make this transfer.<br> I had to pay it in 3 payments as it was eft.<br> Absa clientcare received my 3 payments and on the 1March they send me a email with my last settlement amount.<br> This amount was R13462.11 and the mail was send at 16:35<br> I then immediatly paid the full amount and send a letter of payment. I even received a email confirming acceptance. Now the bank tells me I still owe them R7650.00<br> I called client care and was told or is fine for eft payments.<br> I did all my business with Absa but this is now making clients highly upset
