BOND PAYMENT DEDUCTED THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH

ABSA home loans collection systems is very poor and the staff is very ***********. This month end they deducted my bond payment three times. When I phoned and asked them they said my is in arrears they can't refund me. When I asked them which payment did I miss they cant tell. I have been been paying through debit orders ever since. There is no way I would have missed payment. Every time I call it's a new case and they promise to come back to me bit never come back to me. Some times they simple drop my call because they don't want solve my issue. Who on earth would pay his bond three time in one month without budgeting for it. I miss my standard bank home loan. I never had these issues even once for all 10 years.
