Bond payment

I received a bond from absa, my bond was registered on the 12th of June 2020, i received an sms confirming my registration and that I will start paying bond by the 15th of August 2020. Around the 25th of July I get a call that im in arrears I query this cause the sms was clear that I will start paying by August, then August come no money was taken. I went to the branch on the 18th, i requested that they debit all the money I owe them so far. They promised to debit it before the 21st. Today is the 26, I called the bank I find one of your rude consultants who is not even bothered by how this will affect my credit score, who claim to have put the request through. I dont receive any sms to confirm this? Absa please can someone contact me
