Bond originators accept, yet ABSA declines??

I put together an amazing deal to buy property and then to have it rented out for additional income. I first went to bond originators to try and finance the deal; they said I needed additional income (they do not accept the income from the deal) I recruited two people to join me. I sent the bond originators the details of the partners and they are now going to other banks on my behalf.

I later found out that they quoted a 350% mark-up; I decided to go to ABSA for financing myself. They first had issues because one of my partner's had issues with their finger print scanner and had to go to home affairs and get an affidavit etc etc

We finally got everything sorted. It was sent. 5 days later (today) they declined the application due to "insufficient cash-flow"? yet the bond originators with their 350% markup accepted us????

This makes absolutely ZERO sense -- how do they do their math? My ref# is *** -- I hope ABSA actually sees this and does something about it.
